CAN SOMEBODY DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE MBD??

I had a tracer come to my company yesterday to make me sign forms for a Woolworths account. When MBD contacted me, about 100 times, I kept asking for a statement. Which they have never been able to supply!! Now they arrive at my company!!! To make me sign forms!!! This account was from 15 YEARS ago!! 15 YEARS Ago!! I even forget about it. When I spoke to my husband about it last night he reminded me of the account and the fact that we paid it up when I was retrenched back then. They now insist I make a payment on this account or... well all the usual threats. Still no statement though. They don't even have a date and rather have a note acc reopen 23 Feb 2013. Again I ask - where is my statement?? Where is the contract?? What these people are doing is illegal!! Somebody has to do something about them!
