Threats from employees at MFC

Being a customer of MFC for the past 6 years, I have never dealt with employees with such bad attitude. and threats. unemployed and unable to pay my car installment, I contacted MFC to make an arrangement. I was told by Bronwyn to send a letter to advise the reason for an arrangement on my car installment to which i sent through and it was declined. Not even 2 months into my arrear, I then received a threatening phone call from MFC (Martyn - 0829030843) who advised that he was outside my property ready to take my car away from me, after paying for the vehicle for 5 and half years. Please note that I was 9 months pregnant and was at a very fragile state. After trying to get the money together, i managed to make payment. Up until 2 weeks ago, when I called and spoke to Bronwyn Rositzky to assist me with my residual balance, she was rude and spoke over me on numerous occassion, raising her voice. I then advised that i would go to the Ombudsmans and she put the phone down on me. MFC has sent me a form to sign and return to refinance my residual, but had someone else's account number on it with incorrect repayment amounts. Makes you wonder what are we dealing with???
