I am a very dissatisfied Vodacom Customer in the sense that not only myself but many other Vodacom customers have no reception or very low reception signals. I approuched Vodacom about our problem and was given a referance numbar A1-NQ70-EF3TD, for feed back I was surprised and astonish to hear Vodacoms reply that I must change my service provider at the end of the contract to slove my problem. I like to know if this is the type of service Vodacom supply by taking subscriptions from customers and nit prepared to do anything to resolve the problem. Looking forward to your comments.
