I wanted to upgrade my contract at the Benmore branch & spent 15mins in a queue while 2 consultants disappeared into the back office & the other was entertaining 2 customers in what seemed like personal matters. The 2 clients behind me decided to leave as they were waiting too long & after waiting another 5mins I decided to leave as well. My presence in the queue was not even acknowledged. I decided to try to upgrade online & submitted an application 2 days ago & have still received any feedback.
