I am so dissapointed with Vodacom!!

How can u people give my mother a contract when she didn't request for it. Then when she calls to find out what's going on your incompetent staff cudnt help her. Now her number is under sum1 else's name and ID. The Next thing u write off her number, The number she's. been using for years and mind u her business is affected by this! She called they gave her number she shud call and fax an affidavid. She did that and theyv been saying its under investigation. I call in they tell me she shud consider using another number coz its written off. How can u just write off a person's number when they ddnt request for a contract U are the 1 that Messed up, and she followed all the steps u asked her to do. Now u can't deliver this is a breach of contract! I Won't have my mom's life affected because of ur incopetence and if u don't RESPOND and sort this out trust me I'm going to the ombuman!!
