Poor service from Branch in prime location

On a number of occations I arrive at the branch and find them under staffed and unable to handle client volumn, I find that people wait in the queue for a long time before a consultant is available to assist. When I ask the consultant for assistance they replied that they don't know and leave me waiting there run around for another 10 minutes come back and tell me that they waiting for someone else to come help and that the manager they went to call was unavailable (I did not ask to speak to the manger). Still no comes and the consultant phones someone else and that person does not understand the question and asks for something else. Waiting an hour in a branch is definately poor service when "FNB can't help you.". I still didn't get my response. I decided to go to a branch after waiting hours for an email response that I had sent to FNB and i did not get a Reply. I did get on of those silly noreply emails, but getting this 6 hours later certainly does not help.
