Data package still not credited oustanding data

Nashua Mobile still did not credit the full data that is outstnding, we still have not recived the 500mg for this months (May) credits and we have been billed for it.

The call center is unable to assist me as I have been on hold and left 2 massages that were never returned, now I turned to this site then I start getting results since March 2013
