Took up the Cell C package with 600m

On the 13 March 2013, we were told that our cell c streight 100 will have 600mb of data. Ever since we took up this contracts we have been getting a lot of problems, first it was my husbands phone not working for over 2 weeks and now its the second month that their IT is having difficultie soting out our data plan yet we are still paying fr the full contract amount of data that we did not recive nor used.
