I never complain about anything unless it's really urgent. Months ago last year I complained that we (me, my father, my sister and friends) do not get network when we are at home, we were given a number to call and we called. The people said they would come and never came... called again and still no one came. Finally I opted to buy another phone and use that phone when I'm at home. Now I don't get the internet services on my phone, yet I do not miss a payment or do I? You do you treat good people like this? Now I must go around the office looking for people who are using Mtn for me to call you back? (y can't you invest in you clients like other cell phone companies, Vodacom does it, Cell c does it) I am fuming with anger and I don't think I want to continue with Mtn anymore after so many years... I will tell people I know of this frustrating experience I have with you. What makes it worse you have rude call centre consultants and you do not respond to you social sites.
