On 19/10/2013 I signed a contract with Vodacom Canal Walk for a Sam S4. Two weeks later the phone was booked in for a faulty speaker. The phone was replaced although it was given to us in a pkt, they said it was a new phone. About a week later this phone was booked in as it was giving us network problems. A Week later we collected the phone and my husband saw the phone was very dusty and had some scrathes that we could clearly see was caused by falling. I demanded a sealed unit and the phone was sent to JHB for assesment, I was eventually told I would given a sealed unit. I am still without a phone, 2 weeks later. What makes me angry is the unacceptable, disgusting attitude of the floor manager that assisted me. He never returned my calls, never gave any feedback and whenever I called he would not speak to me and if he did it would all be. On the 29th, Tuesday I called him 11 times. First call was at 17:19 and he only returned my call at 19:41. The receptionist confirmed that my first message was given to him immediately. It's actually sad for such a person to represent Vodacom. I've been a client for almost 15 years and this is the worst experience ever.
