Refurbished device not acceptable

My device was booked in on 8 Jan 2012 with a software problem and replaced with another refurbished unit on 12 Jan 2012. This is the 4th refurbished unit I have been given due to problems with this device. I refused to accept another refurb unit.
Raymond Adsetts assisted me on 12 Jan 2012. He escalated the repair and asked for a service stock unit.
On Saturday 19 Jan, I went into Vodaworld to collect the new unit only to find it was the same refurbished phone sent back as they did not find any fault with it. Obviously there was no fault as I did not accept this phone in the first place. Vicky booked the phone in again requesting it to be sorted out urgently.
I contacted the repair centre on Wednesday last week, only to be told that the unit would be tested and returned if no fault was found, and they had no notice of it being escalated.
I have received notification to collect my repair, but I will not travel to vodaworld again unless I am sure that the unit has been replaced
I have now been 3 weeks without a device... totally unacceptable
Am I going to be refunded for the blackberry service for this month and will this device be delivered to me?
