I bought a phone Black Berry 9360 2 LCD TV (combo special) on line from MTN direct in May 2012 on contract. To date I have not received my tvs.

All my efforts drew nothing from MTN, but they are quick to cut my service once I skip a payment. I have been through but it seems no one couldnt care less abt my problem.

I was even suspected of trying to them because they phoned HiSense, the company that I must rclaim my tvs from to see if im not claiming again but even after Hisense confirmed non-claim, they still did not meet the end of their bargain.

All I need is a voucher from MTN to claim my TVs but nothing is forthcoming. I mean this is one of the biggest network providers in Africa, but they are treating me like I dont matter.

I need my TVs please, and nothing more they do can compensation for all this torture im going thru. I had to buy another TV just a week ago because my child does not understand why we had no tv for almost a year. Now im paying more than I should.

i hope I get help because its been a of a try to get it from MTN.
