I would like to make a complaint against Telkom Cresta. Our Billion 810VNTX router was unfortunately recently hit by lightning damaging it.. Thus to obtain a replacement I went to the Telkom Direct Cresta Store just to find out if they had any stock of this specific router. You see it is impossible to phone the branch as no one ever answers the phone. Telkom needs to make a plan in assisting their customers queries as it is ridiculous that just to have a question answered, to have to drive all the way to the store. We as a business don't have time to always drive to a store just to get our questions answered. Time is money and therefore Telkom is a stumbling block to our continued success. A woman from Telkom Cresta was supposed to return my call on Monday. I still haven't heard anything regarding this matter and this delay is causing a problem for us.
