Poor response and repairs

I have send my phone in for repairs but came back the same actually worse. Then I complained about it on hello peter. They sent me an sms the same day saying someone will be In touch with me the following morning. (the Monday) still no one phoned. I then received a message saying I should send an alternative number to them they cant get hold of me. I have sent them my number over and over again. And still what do I get... nothing!!! I am fed up with their bad service. I will definetely never recommend Cell C to any one again or ever buy any products from Cell C. this has been a waiste of my time and I cant use my phone because of their poor service and repairs. They didn't even repair it in the first place. Just updated or replaced the software. Or Whatever they tried to do. Im so disappointed with them. I would much rather go with any other service provider than ever go with Cell C again!!
