Good Morning
It is once again with utter dissapointment that I have to write to you. The same old story. No Service. My wife's phone was booked in for repairs on 10/05/2013 & dispatched to the Repair Centre the next day. After I wrote my complaint on Hello Peter, you insured me that you will look into my issue. On 8 May I received an incident claim form from [Email Removed] probably means that the Repair Centre still didn't touch my wifes phone. I completed it & submitted it to the same email address, as well as the fax nr (0841676571)& to Customer [Email Removed] ever I submit it I receive feedback stating that it was not delivered. So I send it again&again. This has now become a frustrating situation as my wife's phone is used for company purposes. Our customers can't get hold of her. I would really appreciate if you could either get the Repair Centre to repair her phone or send her a new one. When the phone was booked in for repairs we were informed: Repairs will take upto 21 days... Not more than a month. No References were received from Cell C &contacting the Service Centre is pointless. PRE404714, R00858575, IMEI: 358537049551632
