6th March 2013 I took my sister's Blackberry to be fixed.( the contract is in my name) I was told it would take about 3 weeks to repair. About 2 weeks after that I received a call telling me it would cost x amount to fix, I then informed the caller that said phone is insured, therefore I dont see why I should pay to have it repaired, she then said she would look into it and get back to me. 2 weeks ago I got a call to say the phone is ready for collection, the following day I went to collect and was told that phone is NOT fixed as it had a "quote rejected " tag attached. I then had to wait 30 mins. as manager was out and about. eventually manager arrived, told me he would resend to technical centre immediately and prioritise the repair. Dillon promised to get back to me which he never did. Today after 5 working days I went to enquire, and was told by Dillon that manager is NOT available, as he just " stepped out". He seems to be more "out and about" instead of being available to see to the needs of Cell C' clients. I am really annoyed by the to and fro and have to take time off work to go to the store every time! I really think Cell C staff should be more consumer friendly!
