DISGUSTING SERVICE -STILL WAITING FOR REFUND

On 30 April was told between 3-7 working days - I am STILL WAITING. The reference number I was given for my money to be refunded is: 3043002110. All I get is EXCUSES and EXCUSES. I don't understand why this is that difficult! Why is my problem NOT BEING SEEN to??!!! Ruth says she will phone, yet I never hear from her. I am so glad my contract is cancelled with Cell C. I will never go back to your network nor would I recommend it. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!
