Charged for Airtime on a 50 Topup

I received my statement on the 03/05/2013 and it said that I had been charged R291.86 Airtime on my 50 TopUp contract. I couldn't understand this as I purchase Airtime at whatever shop is closest to me whenever I need it. The reason for having the 50 TopUp is so that I don't have a very large cellphone account and I can control the purchasing of airtime. I phoned the accounts department on the 04/05/2013 and queried this amount and was told that it was a mistake and the mistake had been rectified (Ref: 3001044360 Thato Seekoei) and that I would be charged R139.00 as per my usual monthly fee on the 16/05/2013. I have just seen that I was not only charged this amount but also the airtime of R291.86 which I have never asked for! It seems that someone has used airtime that I am being charged for and because not just anyone has access to my account I can only presume it is someone at Nashua Mobile. As I said I was told that this problem was sorted out and that it was definitely a mistake. I have only been with Nashua Mobile for a few months and my dealings with this company have not been very good. They are not very helpful.
