Contract Airtime Disappeared

Hi MTN,

Last week I ported from Nashua Mobile directly to MTNSP after 5 years with Nashua Mobile.

The issue I'm upset about is that I had /- R2000 airtime available on my account before porting. I asked the consultant at the MTN store what would happen to my airtime and he said it would be transferred automatically.
On Monday when I was successfully ported I checked my balance by dialing 258 and to my disgust I only had R500 airtime in my account from my Anytime 500 package.

I phoned the MTN consultant that helped me port and he said that Nashua Mobile was to sort it out and when I phoned Nashua Mobile they told me that they can't do anthing about it now.

I've kept the same cellphone number throughout the years and porting and surely in MTN's billing accounts they will see that there is a positive balance on my number.

So now what has happened to the /-R2000 which is theoretically my money/airtime I've paid for? I would like my money back or some kind of remuneration in this aspect.
