Don't deliver what is expected

I'm a prepaid client and have never really been satisfied with mtn in general many small incidents occured but I looked passed them throughout the years and gave them the benefit of the doubt because I and my family are all on mtn and people dont like to chop and change for everything but I drew the last straw today when I decided to use mtn's once off 24hr uncapped data service because I had some updates and downloads that was needed on my pc but got the slowest connection speed I have ever witnessed an average of 10kbps and ask what's the point of the package if speed is restricted that badly, thats like going to a restaurant and ordering a bottomless drink and than said sorry max of 2 glasses, that doesn't happen nor if u only drink one glass do they say we'll charge u for a regular drink instead, if you giving me uncapped internet for 24hrs I expect the normal speed I don't expect high speed 1000 kbps but I'd never expect a pathetic 10kbps
