Throttle speed

When I signed up with MTN for Uncapped lite in December 2012, I was led to believe that the speed after throttling would be around 256 kilo bytes per second. Turns out it that it's only 256 kilo bits (not bytes). Anyway I accepted the disappointing news. Now this is not a great speed but at least I could browse the net at a normal looking pace. Three days ago ago I realized that the speed was reduced even further to around 110 kilo bits per second and this is the max speed. This has led to incomplete pages on the net. A very unreliable connection. The guy on 1555 tells me that he reset the number. I must reconnect. I'm still having the same problem.

All I'm saying to MTN is that if this is what I'm gonna have to use then they must just cancel this deal because it is a raw deal for me. I cannot use this product. It is useless to me. 7.2 Mbps - 256 Kbps. That's already 30 times slower. 7.2 Mbps - 110 Kbps is literally well over 60 times slower than normal. A 1 minute download will take well over an hour. That's ridiculous! LTE! What's the point if you are going to throttle so severely? Just give me my lame 256 kbps or take your modem and sim.
