I've been on Cell C for 2 months now and in those two months I've seen extremes of signal quality. More and more, however, the signal has been less than usable. In the last couple of days I've been in JHB and Pretoria CBDs and have tried to make calls, to no avail. The poor signal at my workplace reduces my battery life from 2 days to 6 hours due to the phone's constant hunting.

I need an assurance from Cell C that this will improve. A service provider is not a service provider if only 1 in 6 calls go through. What does Cell C have on their infrastructure road map that will rectify this? If the answer is nothing, how do I go about claiming a refund for my 24GB data bundle?
