Cancel my contact - another person phone in

My cell phone contract that I have for more than 10 years was cancelled and I did not cancel it. I had to freeze my bank account because of the where they "hi-jack" your cell phone number and go into your bank account. Phone show "Sim not provisioned2". This is my business cell phone and after 24 hours it is still not back on. How could they cancel an account without verifying the person who phoned in. When I asked them to speed up the process they just say they are sorry but they can not so anything about it. That is unacceptable. Please try to get feedback from them. Thank you
