WASP charges I did not ask fo

Since 16-Dec-2012, there has been a repeated R4.39 charge against my Nashua Mobile account. I was overseas at the time and thought it was some silly charge they introduced. After querying the charge I find out that it is some WASP service provider company called Smartcall that gives themselves the right to take money from people without any permission or warning. I DID NOT at any stage have any contact whatsoever with these people. And now I find it extremely difficult to get hold of them to cancel this supposed WASP subscription. So far they have taken more than R500 from me. This is not just dishonest and unethical. This is plain criminal what they are doing.
