I have been having endless problems with Vodacom.

3 months ago i changed from a blackberry to an iphone, and yet they still believe in charging me monthly even after i cancelled the BIS and an SMS bundle on my phone. I have been in numerous talks with the call centre who explain they need to take it further, and they will get back to me in a day or 2. this is the 3rd time, yet Vodacom still insist on telling me my bills are in arrears because I refuse to pay for the charges I cancelled. Vodacom, you are so quick to send me an SMS regarding my outstanding bills, yet you have taken nearly 6 weeks to sort out my query!!

this is not the first complaint i have had with Vodacom. I have complained about their hidden sundry fees and their lack of LTE signal despite the adverts on how well it covers you.

I am not a happy customer at all. I do not see why I have to abide by a contract and carry on paying for the next 21 months when I am clearly not getting what I am promised by their contractual side.

get your act together Vodacom, you are getting more and more incompetent by the day!
