It is with great pleasure i am happy to report that Vodacom responded to my complaint, explaining to me that they would investigate the matter and within a day of this repsonse they got back to me again that they would restructure my bill once the bill period had been finalized, this being "resolved" by the 3rd June 2013. so far so good holding thumbs that this will be the situation. thanking Vodacom for their prompt response so far, my faith being restored in Vodacom's service and assistance lets see if they sustain this and resolve my complaint on the 3rd June 2013. thumbs up so far Vodacom.
