I have been trying to cancel our broadband contract and have enquired as to what the cancellation fee is since 20th December 2012. Every month I get the same reply back informing me that there is a cancellation fee, yet my question is WHAT IS THE FEE? I have been to the mtn in shop in PHALABORWA and the lady there was to busy sorting out her car payment! I certainly don't have the time to be on hold for hours on there call line.
