Internet is down completely down

The problem in the whole of phalaborwa area cell c is on and off every 30sec it dont stop so bad that I cant use google on my tablet .your signal show full with h but nothing its the same on my wife's tablet as we'll she is also on Regards,

Cell c contract. I last had the same problem in desember it took 2 weeks to fix well this time you beating it.

I call you guys on the 23 August and explain every thing you said somone will call me back no one did. I call back on the 25 you people told me they will call me the monday. Tuesday the 26 august I call about 10 times till I reach
Emmanuel Nkuna, Network Support .he then send me a form a network feedback form told me fill it in and send it to [Email Removed] I did send it 4 times to make sure from 2 difrent email address. I call you guys again every 3rd day and nothing no reply no fixing nadda. Yesterday 10 september I send you 36 email the same thing back to back to that email address all of them say deliver but no reply so now why dont you cancel this contract or help me please I like cell c but really this is bad I have a tablet but cant use
