Dear MTN

This is the 3rd time writing to you on HelloPeter, and I just wanted to say I am extremely dissapointed with the lack of customer care, actually I have received no customer care from you guys, and it's because of that I'm asking for 10 month of my billing back regarding my Samsung S2, if I do not hear from anyone from MTN regarding this issue I am going to get my lawyers involved because this is not acceptable and it's because of that I've also decided to change service providers.

Please see my previous complaints listed below as I could not attach the complaints, my Samsung S2 was in such a bad state I had to keep it on charge so that it didn't switch off, and when I broke down and needed my phone the most, guess what? The phone would always keep switching on and off.

1st complaint was on Wed 20 Feb 13 at 14:15:02 with the title I've just got my Samsung S2 back for...
2nd complaint was on Mon 14 Jan 13 at 21:18:30 with the title I've just got my Samsung S2 back for... and it read:
