Other story every time with SIM swop

I upgraded tto a z10 2 days ago, with that i recieved the micro sim that needs to be activated with my own number... Oh my gosh, first they say it will be ready at 15:00 the next day, after that, it was another 20 hours and now my old sim has been switched off and my new sim still not working after 10 hours.. Most of my job comes through my cellphone and now I am stuck. now they say its going to take another 24 hours... its just a sim swop, not rocket science. if i phone once more after the 11 times that i have phoned then i am going to lose it completely.
