NO INSTALLATION BUSINESS TEL & ADSL LINE

TELKOM WAS SUPPOSED TO INSTALL MY TEL & ADSL LINE ON THE 2ND BUT I AM STILL NO CLOSER TO HAVING A LINE INSTALLED. DESPITE ME TELLING THEM THAT THERE WERE NO CABLES THE MATTER WAS REFERRED TO AN INSTALLER INSTEAD OF THE CABLE DEPT. I WAS TOLD ON FRIDAY THAT THE CABLES HAD BEEN RESTORED BUT ON MONDAY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL TO SAY THAT THE CABLES HAD BEEN . NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED DESPITE MY QUERY WHETHER IT WAS THE NEWLY RESTORED LINES THAT HAVE BEEN . I RUN MY OWN BUSINESS AND AM A SOLE PROVIDER FOR MY FAMILY OF 4. MY BUSINESS IS DEPENDANT ON COMMUNICATION WITH THE OUTSIDE WORLD AND THAT IS WHY I ENQUIRED IN THE FIRST PLACE WHETHER IT COULD BE DONE BY THE TIME I MOVED IN. IF I HAD ANY IDEA THAT IT COULDNT THEN I WOULD HAVE MADE ALTERNATIVE PLANS AND USED ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER. MY CELL PHONE BILL IS RUNNING HIGH AS IT TAKES APPROX. 40 MINUTES EACH TIME I QUERY THE STATUS WITH THE BUSS CALL CENTRE. NO ONE GETS BACK TO ME ON WHAT MUST STILL BE DONE AND WHEN IT IS EXPECTED TO BE COMPLETED. I AM AT MY WITS END. IS TELKOM GOING TO RE-IMBURSE MY CELL PHONE COSTS AS WELL AS LOSS OF INCOME?
