Unilateral downgrade

I had upgraded my other MSISDN (0718915728), I think in June 2013, from a 200 TopUp to a 350 TopUp.
All was well until a few days ago I received my voice subscription bundle - to my astonishment, I got only R100 airtime.
To me this constitutes a unilateral downgrade and a breach of my contract with MTN. If I remember well, even your migration
Rules don't allow a downward migration
