Hi,

Called the Cell C Customer Care about an hour a half ago hoping they could track down a number made on my account. After briefing the agent of what exactly what I was looking for; including possible dates, times of the calls, she was unable to assist me and came across as very dismissive.

I then phoned back 30 minutes later and spoke to another agent (Nthabi or Thabi) who was very helpful and went the extra mile. Needless to say she tracked down the number for me.

How on earth can Cell C have such inconsistencies in their customer care services? This means that if there is an urgent request, one needs to phone twice in case the first response in incorrect.

It has been a pain dealing with Cell C. In fact, it always is.
