Always good service

I've never had less than exceptional support from WebAfrica. Even if the problem is on your side they will help to fix it. Upgrading a telephone line was done within 5 minutes after 20:00. I didn't even know it is possible!

Their news file retention is very short, but for the average Joe this will never matter (let's face it you don't even know what news files are...). I still choose better service over news file retention every day.
