On the 5th of August i made a payment for the unisa 3g offer for an amount of R600. The payment was processed by Unisa and i recieved and email with proof of payment and terms and conditions from cell c. As per the terms from cell c it states that within 2 working days I will recieve 3 gigs from cell c. I fully complied with all the procedures that needed to be done. I sent the email to the required Cell c email address as well with my id number, name and cell c number. To this day I have not recieved my data from cell c. I called cell c customer care numerous times and have been pushed around from customer care to technical to sales and follow up. My last call to customer care lasted for 1 hour and I was told by the operator that Unisa is to blamed not cell c! Can someone please help!
