Upgraded contract on the 16 april 2013 took more than 70 mins, wrong package supplied, billed for BIS when paying for MB, didnt recieve free minutes. Went in 3 timrs after to sort the problem, still didnt come rite, spike to manager, she got back with regarfs to BIS still fidnt recieve my free minutes, phone 808 asked the
To assist me, they said within 78 hours i will get confirmation or an update and the regional manager will contact me. Still no sign of any help. I need to cancrl this contract. Worst service from the branch to the head office. Its sad to say that this is one of the leading network compamies in SA
Who else can u contact cause who ever i do never helps me out.
