Why do you treat new customers in this manne

This is now the 4th week that i have placed my order with Cell C for the S4. The first week the agent captured my details incorrectly. I had confirmed that stock was available. Your company then cancelled my application upon investigation from my side i realized you captured details incorrectly. Why am i as the customer responsible for finding out your negligence. You try and port my number your agent captures ID number where name is supposed to be captured. They don't rectify this they cancel the port. I find this from MTN and then a manager at CellC. This is now week 2 of my dilemma. we rectify the error wait sorry i do. Now there is no stock. I hear that by end of the week we will receive stock i decide to wait. I call today a full week and half has passed. Your agents response "we are receiving stock this week". By now i don't believe the hogwash i ask which day. The response i get is "I don't know" WHY do you guys advertise for nothing? Do you not keep your new clients in the loop and updated with regards to the status of their application. it I am a new customer and you are already providing me with service. I have made 7 phon
