How long must I wait for my delivery?

Phone ordered on 3rd May. (Samsung Galaxy S4)
Told that phone would be delivered on 9th or 10th May.
Today's date 14th May.
Phone still not delivered.
Excuse over last few days: Out of stock.
Your analysts are of no use. Was the demand not anticipated? Was this not taken into calculation? Did you not understand the market?
Yes, your price is cheap and I'm not even on Cell C yet but already regretting the decision to port over from Vodacom.
In the time it has taken you to get stock; I could have flown to South Korea, bought the phone and returned back to SA.
I just want my phone to be delivered on time as per initial agreements and since this cant happen - please can it be delivered today.
