I placed an order about three weeks ago for Samsung Galaxy SIII. A few days after I was told it was approved. i was thrilled.

Last week I was told I would get my phone by thursday or Friday. I was aked didn't the consultant tell you we do not have stock when you ordered? Friday when I called I was told sorry, stock will be received this week wednesday. Today I called LEBOGANG told me they are trying to port my number TO CELL C. when I asked her which number, she read it out. I told her my number was ported last year already from MTN to CELL C. I have been on Cell C prepaid since then. No contracts. When She read out the number it was not my number. I was shocked. She said she got it from the consultant who has done the application. NO.

I told lebogang that she must CANCEL that application immediately. How can such a reputable company feed me with. CELL C DECIDED TO FEED ME WITH TO KEEP ME AS A CUSTOMER. I AM NOT LETTING THIS MATTER REST. CALLS WERE RECORDED. I HAVE DATES AND TIMES. I AM RUNNING STRAIGHT TO THE CONSUMER OMBUDS. BRACE YOURSELVES AND END THIS NONSENCE. MY APPLICATION FOR CREDIT WAS DONE WITHOUT ALL INFO DISCLOSED TO ME. THATS GROSS INCOMPETENCE.
