Worst customer service I have ever received

Absolutely BAD CUSTOMER service. No aknowledgement of your customers. I have to go into the shop in George and no one aknowledge that you are even there. INCOMPETENT people!!

I upgraded and am not happy with the device I got. I went in and in so many words were told that the technical people have to look at it - thats all they can do. disregard for the consumer act.

what is worse, after I left the shop, my emails all of a suddenly dont want to work. I tried phoning the branch - NO ANSWER. No one phones me or come back to my complaint
