Worst service, empty promises & bad attitude

I went to Nashua cause I already have one contract with them and was happy with.their service. I spoke to Ann and she did everything took my R200 connection fee and said Ishould wait 3days. Upon calling them for the phone there was no answer, I went to the shop and was advised they dont answer their phones because the prefer to speak to customers face to face. I was shocked and then I was told that I need to wait 2weeks but there is no gaurantee. So I cancelled the contract. On the 31st of Dec I got a call from Lauren advising me to fetch my phone and she said it was never cancelled but she will get if done and call me back. I still have not heard anything. I got my bill on friday the 3rd and I was billed. I called the customer service line and the guy said I should hold his going to call them. I held for 25min and then got cut off with no returned calls. I just need someone to help me and not just give me empty promises. Im so disappointed as I have always recommended Nashua but I doubt I will again. Please help me and call me back on 0713650440
