Autopage must stop giving us poor service if they want us to stick around. I was behind with my payments and manged to settle what I owed on the 5th may2013, then faxed the proof of payment the following day on the 6th.so my cellphone was activated a day later which was understandable, but on the 8thmay 2013 an sms was sent stating that I failed to pay my account and the line was suspended again. I called them on my expense again for them to rectify the matter and they activated the line again. Yesterday 13th May2013 I received an sms again stating that I failed to pay my account and the phone line was suspended, up until now my line is not working and I must now again call autopage on my own expense to rectify the matter. This is so terribly fustrating.they really need to change how they update or capture their client's info as the system they currently using is obviously not working coz clearly my account is still overdue in their system, as such irritating inconvenience wouldn't had occur.*angry and fustrated*
