Bad after sales service

I am disappointed with the bad after sales service from Nashua Mobile (Call centre and local office). I recently upgraded and had to choose a new handset from the "specials" on offer. I informed the call centre consultant that there specials aren't very special. To maintain my same subscription I was forced to pay in for the device which is added on to the monthly bill. To make matters worse the battery on my new device - blackberry bold 9900 doesn't last a day. It is completely flat at 15h00 each day. I called the call centre who advised me to visit my nearest branch so that they can test the device. I visited Nashua Mobile Circular Drive only to be told that they can't test it and I was out my 7 day warranty without them checking facts on their system. I was then told the device would need to be sent away. The problem with this is that I need it each day for work purposes. They only have 5 loan phones and they are all out and not sure when any would be returned. The after sales service provided was disappointing and I am left with a device which is faulty. :(
