Up to today I am still struggling to get my line connected, 8TA doesn't bother to solve the problem but they keep deducting money from my account. They came with a lousy excuse that I owe them R640, which I d not even know where it comes from since they have been debiting my account regularly, so I think it was a time delayng tactic. I just want them to explain why are they deducting money if they do not want to connect my line?
I am fed up with 8TA it is the worst by far, I am going through because of them.
They constantly saying they been trying to get hold of me, when I email them back they never respond, what is that exactly.?
