Contact Cell on the 8 May applying for Cell phone contract was informed that phone will be delivered within 7 days inform Phindile that I do travel to different sites can the courier please send SMS in-advance when they do deliver which she said would be done. Today the 14th May Courier service pitch up without sending sms nor did they contact me in-advance. Was not in office at the time. Contacted the Cell Direct Followup line spoke to Warren inform him of the problem. He contacted the Courier whereby they informed him that they will deliver tomorrow. Wanted to escalate the couriers service cause this was the second time that they did this to me & he did not seemed interested in assisting me. When I wanted to cancel the contract he seemed very eager.

Escalate to Phindile & she also did not bother to take the matter further. Really dissapointed that Cell C would allow the courier service to detrioted in this manner & be willing to cancel a contract so easly. Thank you will not bother in future.
