I have been calling 8TA and been waisting my time and money for them to connect my Line, they are only interested in taking away our money and offering the poorest service I have ever experienced.
They promised to give feedback regarding connecting my Line for the past few weeks, I even had to get a new contract elsewhere and I will never ever recommend anyone to join 8TA, to prevent other people from experiencing what I am going through.
I would like to know how come they remember to take my money but forget to connect my line?
And how many months does it take for them to be able to connect my line?
What am I paying for because I can not use my cellphone and by dongle for Internet, I want them to cancel this and take me out of the misery.
