Their response that someone will contact me has not happened. They replied on the 09.05.2013 and I am responding today 14.09.2013, stating that they have not contacted as yet. If it takes this long to respond how long will it take to fix the problem. Is there another company worst than NEOTEL. It should be renamed NEVERTEL.
