NO REFUND FOR SEALED GOODS PURCHASED LESS THAN 24H

I purchased a Blackberry 9320 from AutoPage Cellular in Sandton City yesterday. Still in the sealed box, I decide this morning that the purchase was on impulse and I don't really need the phone. I contact CaCell this morning to enquire about a refund. Call answered by Tanya, who put me through to store manager Waseela, put me through to consultant Queen, who said I needed to speak to manager, so back to Waseela, who tells me about her no refund policy, puts me back to Tanya, who then puts me through to Thapelo, when, inevitably, my call gets disconnected, 15 minutes later. I call back and ask for Thapelo. Tanya answers my call says Thapelo is on another line. I ask to speak to a senior person. Tanya says there's no one senior available, but that she is one of the senior people. Tanya confidentally offers to 'help with my query'. Tanya did very little to help. She had a bad attitute and was rather obnoxious, and by no means the senior person she initially claimed to be. On asking about a refund, she rudely told me to read the contract's no refund policy. Suddenly, a senior person became available. Kevin, a nice guy, calls back, offering a credit note. I actually just want a refund.
