Cell Phone delivery taking ages!

I recently upgraded my contract to the new Galaxy S4, and it has been almost 2 weeks now and they still cannot tell me when my phone will arrive. First they said in a couple days, then they said next week and now they say maybe the following week.

This delay is ridiculous, why the phone is taking forever to be delivered I have no idea, if need be I will go and collect the phone from the supplier myself if it means speeding up the process.
