I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 which had an overheating issue and when opening camera application the phone will reboot by itself. After numerous phone calls to call center I finally received the phone on the 08/10/2013.
The new issue is that the phone is not recognizing the password pattern which I thought was due to screen protector being loose from the screen until on Saturday (12/10/2013) when I realize that the middle of the screen is not responding when being touched or pressed. On Monday I called Thabo from call center to notify him of the new fault and he advised I return the phone to repair center which was done today. The repair center confirmed that screen was faulty and needed to be replaced, but they don't have stock for minimum 3 weeks.
This phone is 3 months old and already being at repair center for 2 weeks, the repair center damaged my screen. What more need to be done to prove that I bought a rotten potato? Is this the service I bought into? I need this mess caused by your repair center fixed without being inconvenienced! Just offer the service I pay for... period!
